The Reptile Report - From Nature 4 You: “Pictured below is a freshwater crocodile. (Crocodylus johnstonii) They are egg layers, having a clutch up to 21 but usually 13. They are slow growers taking around 40 years to reach 6 feet in length. They can be found across most of northern Australia, penetrating much further inland than salties.”
