Hearing on Appeal of USARK’s Preliminary Injunction

USARK - The United States Fish and Wildlife Service went before a panel of three judges last Friday in an attempt to appeal the preliminary injunction that was issued, which allows interstate transportation of reticulated pythons and green anacondas for people that were members of USARK on or before April 8, 2015. While the judges did not appear to be impressed by the FWS appeal, reptile nation must wait for the Court of Appeals to make a final ruling. In the mean time, the injunctive relief stands.
