YouTube - birdspidersCH gives us a little impression of Mexico by night while looking for tarantulas and other creepy crawlers, like whip spiders and scorpions. Watch closely to see the two different tarantula species Reto encounters. One is of the genus Davus, from the tribe of Hapalopini within the subfamily Theraphosinae, while the other one closely resembles Brachypelma verdez but appears to be a yet undescribed species of Brachypelma.
